Hello fabbies, how are you all doing? so if you are wondering what I’ve being up to…. Wonder no more. Am still very much on track. So I thought to bring you more healthy meal plan you can include in your program if you are also working at living a more healthy life style. Recipe:2 eggs with a pitch of salt, seasoning and fresh grounded pepper fried in coconut oil. Then added my sliced and chopped up cabbage and onion mixed in a tsp of mayonaise. Breakfast is ready. Serve with a cup of coffee or green tea.
These are two different smoothies served at different times.
Green colour smoothie; Recipe: 1/2 ripe avocado, 2 small bananas, 1tsp powdered milk, 1/2 cup of water all blended together.
Orange colour smoothie; 1/2 avocado, 1 big banana, 2 slices of papaya, 1 cup plain yogurt all blended together.
Dinner is ready. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Can also serve as breakfast.
Recipe: 2eggs, few pumpkin leaves sliced, 1big red tomatoes chopped, 1big onions chopped, 1tsp grounded fresh pepper, 1cube of seasoning, a pitch of salt all fried in coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Served with sliced fresh cucumbers.
And lunch is served.
I have tried and tasted the meals above and they all taste delicious and are also very filling. You can try them out and share your opinion with me.
